A spectacular 105-metre tunnel with acrylic windows takes visitors on a voyage “to the bottom of the sea” allowing them to get up, close and personal with creatures of the deep without getting their feet wet.
Over 2,500 marine animals, comprising more than 200 different species, provide an educational yet entertaining adventure for all age groups. Start off at the ‘Touch Pool’, where the kids can interact with sea cucumbers, turtles, starfish, lobsters, and small sharks. The ‘Coral Reef Zone’ showcases reef life with colourful coral, anemones, and schools of brilliantly coloured fish, while the ‘Open Ocean’ section takes visitors to the ocean depths, home of the big predators such as Black Tip Reef Sharks, Eagle Rays, Stingrays, Giant Groupers, and the rare Shovelnose Ray. At the tunnel end, is an artificial shipwreck that is home to many fish found of the shores of Pattaya. A new addition is ‘Jellyfish Zone’ that has over 200 of the creatures in tubular tanks with lighting that changes colour for an eerie experience.
Other attractions include the live shark and ray feeding shows, the otter tanks and the gift shop that has some great take-home souvenirs.
